Kahrhá:kon - In the Forest

A core part of our mission of re-connecting families and children to cultural knowledge is spending time together immersed in the environment, engaging in hands-on activities that foster understanding and respect of what our Earth provides us.

Season-specific activities most often happen in our local forest and we try to encourage our parents and children to build a relationship with the land.

Maple season gives our participants the opportunity to tap, collect and boil sap.
